The rooms were impeccable and spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the water pressure was on point! Another little detail is that you have power outlets on top of the bedside table to charge your phones overnight too, which a lot of hotels don't seem to have, oddly.

When we finally got the right key to the right room, everything was perfect! It had been raining very hard and the FD concierge let us park the car right in front of the door to check in and drop our luggage.

I made a reservation where I am very pleased to be I made a Mistake with Uber request to be dropped off at the the other Sheraton Where we met a man with the same first name as mine Who Though my Uber Was There to pick him up! Strange indeed, but we all received exactly what we asked for Safe joyful pick up and arrival exactly what we all wanted and received

I think the property is straightforward and the parking is available. easy to access and the shuttle bus station is just right in front of the hotel that can take you to Disneyland! make sure you ride bus number 3 and reserve the ticket ahead of time :) Staffs are great and very helpful!

Glenn the door greeter or bell hop guy made my stay way more awesome then it already was. Such great hospitality displayed from him and he was extremely welcoming and it made it feel like home! 10 out of 10 for Mr Glenn! Also housekeeping kept our room smelling and looking great! The staff from the door man to the delivery room service was over the top, almost as if it was scripted movie like just. A Great time..... celebrating my wife's Birthday 🎉🎉🎉 62nd....lots of great food places around the Hotel....sights and attractions...Great job Sheraton....will visit again soon.....my Birthday coming up in July....

The room exceeded expectations in both cleanliness and coziness. It was exactly how it was depicted in the listing, and the staff was very understanding. There was a minor issue regarding leaving their parking lot after checkout, but it was resolved quickly by one of the staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend staying here.
